Quarterli® was founded by Mike McKenzie who has spent over twenty-five years in leadership roles in small, medium and large organisations. Whether as Managing Director, Marketing Director or Head of Products and Ventures, each role has had business growth at its core. In that time, he's taken mature businesses into new markets and has successfully launched new brands and new business units in the UK and North America.
Since 2012, Mike has been a Board Advisor to both large and small organisations. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and non-exec Chairman of a UK technology company that provides Supplier Management software to global brands such as Domino’s Pizza, Sodexo and Costa Coffee.

The Quarterli® team have developed a sophisticated, but simple online tool that business leaders can use to engage their senior teams and develop better habits as they work ‘on the business’ together.
Crucially, it's designed so that it doesn’t require expensive consultancy support. It’s not meant to replace good consultancy, but it does help leadership teams maximise their own potential and use external experts in a more efficient and effective manner.
